Emergency Maintenance
Emergency maintenance consists of urgent repairs needed to ensure tenant safety, prevent property damage, or restore essential services. These cannot wait for the next business day.
Examples include:
- Burst pipes or major leaks
- Serious roof leaks or flooding
- No electricity, gas, or water
- Hazardous electrical issues (e.g., sparking wires)
- Fire, storm, or structural damage
- Broken hot water systems
- Blocked or broken toilet (if it's the only one)
- Safety risks (e.g., unable to secure property, smashed windows)
Non-emergency issues like dripping taps or blocked toilet (when you have two) should be reported as routine maintenance through our standard process.
If you have an EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ISSUE - Please check your tenancy agreement, welcome email, or Form 17A for after hours contact details.
