Growing up in Bundaberg, her childhood was filled with open homes, phone calls, and countless hours spent at her mum Micheala's agency, Bundaberg City Realty. Those years shaped her vision for what a family-run agency could be. Chelsea continues to folllow in her mother's footsteps, building her own Legacy.
After earning her full real estate licence and countless years in property management, Chelsea combines practical skills with the values she grew up with: trust, commitment, and doing right by every client. Her background in social work adds empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build genuine relationships that last well beyond a signed contract.
When she co-founded Legacy Properties, the name was chosen deliberately — a nod to family history and a commitment to helping clients protect and grow their own legacies through property.

With over five years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, Molly is the Co-Owner and Senior Property Manager of Legacy Properties Bundaberg, bringing a deep-rooted passion for property management and client care. As Senior Property Manager, she plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business, leading with professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service.
For Molly, real estate is more than a career — it’s part of who she is. Best friends with Chelsea for over 17 years, Molly grew up alongside Chelsea’s family and was immersed in the world of real estate from an early age. Working alongside Micheala, paired with her own professional experience, has shaped her approach to property management — one that values transparency, efficiency, and meaningful relationships.
Molly’s greatest inspiration has always been her parents. From them, she inherited her values of family, hard work, and old-school business ethics built on honesty and genuine communication. Her father left a lasting legacy of dedication and integrity that Molly carries with her every day in her work.
